I know...I'm so thankful for the both of you. Even if we don't know each other in full, there's time here to make new memories. It's like a second miracle...it feels so scandalous!

[ yukari notices when minako covers her eyes, of course. she's so tuned in to everything about in this moment--how she's gasping for breath, how her leg wraps around her waist, how she feels around her fingers--that it's impossible for the act to escape her attention.

she knows minako isn't hiding her face because she isn't enjoying it, but from the emotional rawness of it all. they really are more alike than people think. they're both outgoing, athletic, charming--and both of them know to play those traits up at a moment's notice, to be "on". to deflect to keep from being seen.

they've had sex more times than yukari can count, but this feels...different. there's no feigned annoyance or over the top charm or teasing. just love, plain and simple. it burns under her skin, makes it difficult for her to breathe. she feels exposed, although neither of them are wearing anything at all. if minako would look at her now, she'd see...well, everything.

for once, yukari feels okay with someone seeing all of her. so she doesn't stop, but forces herself to slow down her thrusts so she can focus. ]

Babe. [ the endearment is so soft, so enamored that yukari can hardly believe she's the one speaking. ] Before I use it, [ 'it' being the toy from the closet, ] I wanna see you.

[ yukari slowing down does a lot to clear minako's head of the noise, everything that she might normally be able to numb with sex or attention but which now only roars louder.

it had hurt, when yukari left. badly. while she's happy to have her back, that wound is unhealed, just... buried. the pain is finding other ways to bubble up. minako gasps out a shaky breath, clamping around yukari's fingers at the thought of finally getting what she wants out of this, but... she finally moves her arm away, blinking back tears as she meets her eyes again, eyes appearing even redder than usual. she doesn't let go of her or pull away, not in the least.

minako takes in the sight of the girl above her, swallowing a lump in her throat. she... honestly can't remember seeing yukari so exposed before. even when they'd been like this, even when they had finally broken down and cried over everything, allowed the weight to finally fall around them, she's not sure she's ever seen her with her walls fully torn down.

she smiles, genuinely despite everything, resting her hand on yukari's cheek. ]

I love you so much. [ she shudders, tears rolling down her cheeks. ] I'm okay, don't stop—

[ her smile turns a little wistful as he goes on, something warm staying in her eyes. minako leans over to press her lips to his cheek, gently. ]

I've missed you, y'know.

[He briefly clutches his chest, turning a slight shade of red at the contact.]

It feels like returning home. [He's not exactly sure how to put it into words and that is surprising for a being like him.] I will...miss you if I have to go. [Does that make sense?]

Can I kiss you too?

[ they weren't ever... anything, really. there had been a connection between them, but nothing had happened.

this is crossing that line. her face reddens a bit as he asks that in return, but she nods. ]

... Yeah. Yeah, that's okay.

[If he knew he'd be apologizing but....curiosity got the best of him, in the end. Or at least that's the human emotion he'll blame it on.]

O-okay.

[Wow, great talk. He moves a little closer before giving her a hug with a very pure, chaste kiss on the forehead. But from the way Ryuji was blushing when he was done, you'd think it had been much more.]

It's... fine. I don't... [ minako huffs out a slight laugh. ] You know, it's funny. You said you'd feel the same way about me even if I was a guy... I guess it's true backwards, too.

[He's doing his very best. His heart is beating even if its useless, but it hurts and feels good at the same time?]

You mean, if I was a girl? [Thoughts briefly melt away as he considered the possibility.] Well if I was, I'd probably break a lot more hearts...

[Ryoji, please. He laughs, and hugs her again. Personal space? Non-existent right now.]

[ she laughs at that, even as heat rises to her face. ]

No, I mean... you knew him, not me. But you're still... [ she doesn't need to finish that thought. also maybe she's picturing ryoji as a girl? ]

[Aigis is familiar with this sort of clothing now, but it's been...a while now since she wore anything like it. It's kind of exciting. She understood so little about this sort of thing the first time she wore a yukata.

At the moment, though, she hasn't put hers on yet. She's in one of the Prissy Polyp changing tents with Minako. As directed by the Prismal employees of the booth, she's dutifully helping Minako into her yukata. She didn't know enough about them last time to do this part, either.

Though Minako probably doesn't need Aigis's help for much except for the obi, Aigis is nothing if not a full-service assistant. She holds the yukata open wide for Minako to slide her arms into.] Don't worry. I fully comprehend the instructions we were given.

[ minako, of course, has no compunctions about getting dressed in front of aigis. they're well past that. her mouth splits into a wide smile as aigis holds the yukata up, standing there in only the thin juban. she backs up and slips her arms into the yukata, letting herself just... relax against aigis a little. this is intimate in ways she could get used to. ]

I'm not worried. You know I trust you.
