Hey Minako! I met your friend Aigis. I was wondering what exactly she eats?

She mentioned not being able to eat coffee or curry so I figured she must have a strict diet or something.

[ a box of handmade chocolates gets arrived to her door early in the morning. the chocolates themselves are simple, but have clean looking drizzles of white chocolate (the final result of many, many failed attempts). attached is a note written on cute pink stationery: ]

These were supposed to be way more elaborate, but you know me. I ended up getting caught up in articles about the best ways to decorate with types of chocolate and realized that if they were going to get to you today, I should just go with what I know. You'll have to let me know how they turned out. Honest opinions only, okay?

Oh, and check your email. There'll be something in there that you'll like. I hope. At least, I really hope you do.

[ yukari reluctantly blinks awake with two thoughts in mind.

one: the familiar weight of antlers that have grown overnight can only mean that it's the first day of iris. she'd escaped the usual physical changes last month (a blessing, really; there's no way she could have handled deer traits and crying at the drop of a hat during the emotional roller coaster that was february) so it's only fair they'd return in earnest this month. just her luck.

two: god, it's early. so early that minako is still asleep in bed, curled against her side. aigis's side of the bed is empty from what little she can see over the mass of red hair. maybe she was out taking a stroll of the neighborhood to "determine updates to security protocols." not that they didn't already have the best security on the block considering a literal battle android lived there, but better to be safe than sorry.

she buries her nose deeper into her pillow and watches minako sleep. eight months ago, this sight hadn't felt real. the person she cared about more than anything, alive again. breathing again. as much as she loves minako when she's awake and full of energy, she loves the opportunity to study her just as much.

yukari cards her fingers through the ends of minako's hair, peppering her cheeks and jaw with gentle kisses. it's iris. she can't help herself. ]

[It has taken a bit of time for Ryoji to go to Minako. Perhaps for a being of his age, a drop of rain, but somehow it felt like an eternity. Each day unsure if he should or not. Each movement of time, more worry that the longer he waited, the worse it would be. Not because he didn't know where she was, as there is, after all, a part of himself lodged inside of her like there is one inside of Minato.

No, there was guilt, heavy for a creature such as him, and eventually he decided to confront it before it overwhelmed him.

And this is how, when Minako was finally alone by herself, someone appeared close by sitting on her bed. Coughing to grab her attention, but also trying to find the proper words. He felt, oddly calm despite the storm in his chest.]

H-Hello.

[Aigis is familiar with this sort of clothing now, but it's been...a while now since she wore anything like it. It's kind of exciting. She understood so little about this sort of thing the first time she wore a yukata.

At the moment, though, she hasn't put hers on yet. She's in one of the Prissy Polyp changing tents with Minako. As directed by the Prismal employees of the booth, she's dutifully helping Minako into her yukata. She didn't know enough about them last time to do this part, either.

Though Minako probably doesn't need Aigis's help for much except for the obi, Aigis is nothing if not a full-service assistant. She holds the yukata open wide for Minako to slide her arms into.] Don't worry. I fully comprehend the instructions we were given.

[It really shouldn't come as a surprise Fuuka found herself asleep. Even with the caffeine, she knew it could only make her stay awake for so long. As she fell into a deep slumber, she had a feeling this wouldn't end well.

Walking around the streets of Iwatodai, there was a feeling of dread in the air. There was blood everywhere along with coffins around every corner she could see.

What could happen, she wasn't sure. However, it was only a matter of time before something showed up.]

[It's an envelope sealed with a very snazzy wax seal. The importance of it is slightly marred when the melted and hardened wax was shaped in the manner of a heart. The card inside bears a stylized, cutesy drawing of Kanji and Naoto dressed up and ready to roll, but it seems Kanji is in the hikifurisode, while Naoto's dressed as the groom.
